Can I join by video call?
Yes. Choose Full Check + Live and join the viewing remotely.
Do you guarantee the apartment or the landlord?
No. We document what we can observe during the visit and relay information provided by the agent or landlord. We do not certify ownership, legality or hidden defects.
Can you review a rental contract?
We can help organize and summarize the document. Legal advice or formal legal review should be handled by a qualified professional.
